We cordially invite primary schools, especially older grades, whose students are about to choose a profession, to visit our company.

Primary and secondary schools

During the meeting, we present the basic topics in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation and technology in general. Students can see what machine design in dedicated programs is all about. The demonstration part is a tour around the company, where the main point of the program are electrical and mechanical assembly workshops.

Recently, we have hosted students from primary schools – we were visited by School No. 4 and No. 5 in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
We also cooperate with the internship supervisor of the ZAP Technical School Complex in Ostrów Wielkopolski, therefore we organize trips for secondary school students and accept apprentices for monthly and year-round apprenticeships.
During the training, students learn about work in design departments as well as in the tool and assembly departments.

Students and graduate internships

Our offer is also addressed to students. We welcome future engineers for monthly or summer student internships and graduate internships.

In addition to gaining theoretical knowledge, proper practical preparation for the profession in the future is also valuable.  This is why we encourage you to visit our company and take up internships with us.

Lectures for students.

We cooperate with the Career Office of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and the Institute of Machine Design at the Poznań University of Technology. Together, we organize lectures and seminars for students and we are active in scientific research. Our engineers: employees with a Doctor of Engineering degree or who are in the process of doctoral studies publish articles annually in cooperation with university employees. On many occasions, our employees’ articles have been published in journals from the Journal Citation Report list.

On April 25, 2024, the XXVI seminar for university students was organized at our company’s headquarters, in cooperation with the Institute of Machine Design of the Poznan University of Technology. The topic of the meeting will be MECHATRONIC DESIGN.

Not only for the university of technology

For 6 years, in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Economics, we have been conducting classes at postgraduate studies for students of Occupational Health and Safety. The subject matter of the lectures refers to the applicable regulations related to the broadly understood safety of industrial machinery.

The “Machinery Directive in the light of applicable regulations” gathers several dozen students every year and enjoys good opinions among the audience.

During the classes, current issues in EU and national legislation are presented. Students have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with mock-ups, devices, components related to technical protective measures. Problematic issues related to the certification of machines or the interpretation of the provisions of harmonized standards are also discussed. The classes cover issues related to situations that most students will encounter in their professional work, namely:

• the areas on which is suggested to pay attention to during the acceptance of machines,
• what legal standards a given machine is subject to,
• on what basis technical protective measures are selected and how to verify them,
• what the technical documentation for machines should look like.

The added value os such cooperation is maintaining contact with students also outside of classes and providing advice and help in problematic situations or situations requiring deeper analysis.
