1.3 INTROL PRO-ZAP Sp. z o.o. processes personal data of customers on the basis of an agreement for the provision of electronic services concluded in connection with the use of the functionality of the website www.pro-zap.pl, the provision of user account management services and order processing (Article 6 (1) (B) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC; hereinafter referred to as “RODO”).
2. The obligation to provide personal data of INTROL PRO-ZAP Sp. z o.o.
2.1 The customer agrees to the processing by INTROL PRO-ZAP Sp. z o.o. personal data provided by him when using the website, and in particular when using the inquiry forms.

3.1. Customers’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide the service by electronic means related to the answer to the query.

The company INTROL PRO-ZAP Sp. z o.o., taking into account the need to improve the quality of the offered supplies and services and building the best possible relations with customers, introduced in 2003 a quality management system according to the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. Currently we have an implemented Quality Management System compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, we also meet the requirements in the field of occupational health and safety management in accordance with the PN-ISO-45001: 2018-06 standard.
Our goal is to provide products and services of such quality that they deserve the recognition of recipients. The way to achieve this goal is:
